Material Handler

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the manufacturing support team supporting warehouse and shipping operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Material Handler
Location: Cayce, SC
Pay Range:  $18.00/hour
Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
What's the Job?

• Complete material movement throughout the manufacturing floor by proficiently loading, unloading, and moving assets using various material-handling equipment.
• Provide materials, parts, assemblies, and finished products within the company according to specifications and instructions.
• Sort and rearrange parts, assemblies, baskets, or racks as required to maintain organized workflows.
• Transport chips, scrap, empties, and other materials to designated collection points.
• Perform cleaning duties, including sweeping and trash disposal, to ensure a safe and clean work environment.

• 6 months- 1 year experience operating sit-down forklift required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Basic knowledge of warehouse safety procedures
