Schedule: Monday - Friday (1 Week) 8:00am - 5:00pm

What You'll Do

• Move furniture, equipment, and other items from a commercial building in Montgomery, WV
• Load, unload, carry, and transport materials safely and efficiently
• Work closely with team members to complete moving tasks on schedule
• Use proper lifting techniques and follow all safety procedures
• Assist with moving items weighing over 50 pounds with team assistance
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project
• Follow instructions from supervisors and project leads
• Wear required PPE, including moving gloves and steel-toe boots, at all times
• Help ensure all furniture and equipment are handled carefully to prevent damage
• Support the team in completing the project safely and efficiently

What We're Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Ability to safely lift and move items weighing over 50 pounds with assistance
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical labor for at least 8 hours per day
• Reliable transportation to Montgomery, WV
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and work procedures
• Must wear steel-toe boots and moving/work gloves while on the job
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Bonus Points If You Have

• Previous moving or furniture handling experience
• Warehouse or general labor experience
• Commercial relocation experience
• Experience working in physically demanding environments
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Excellent attention to safety practices
