Night Shift Package Handler

Our client, logistics and distribution operations is seeking a Night Shift Package Handler to join their team. As a Night Shift Package Handler, you will be part of the operations team supporting daily package processing and route readiness. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment—skills that will help you succeed from scan to sort.

Job Title: Night Shift Package Handler

Location: Richmond, VA

Pay Range: $17.00

Shift: 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM or until work is completed

What's the Job?

• Scan packages accurately using handheld scanning devices
• Sort packages according to designated routes and locations
• Conduct bin audits to ensure inventory accuracy and organization
• Assist with loading, unloading, and other operational tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all safety policies and procedures

What's Needed?

• Ability to work the scheduled shift from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM or until work is completed 
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with dependable attendance and punctuality
