Operations Supervisor

Our client, a leading distributor in sports apparel and accessories Operations Supervisors to join their team in Bernville, PA. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be part of the operations organization, supporting day-to-day execution and helping drive continuous improvement. Pay Range: $27/hour

What's the Job?

Lead quality-focused operations by monitoring performance and driving actions that reduce quality defects.
Support performance management through clear expectations, coaching, and follow-through to improve results.
Build and develop teams by strengthening communication, accountability, and day-to-day execution.
Develop and implement programs designed to prevent recurring quality issues and improve operational consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure continuous improvement efforts are sustained and measurable.

What's Needed?

Strong background in quality leadership and defect reduction initiatives.
Experience with performance management practices, including setting goals and tracking progress.
Proven ability to build teams through coaching, development, and effective communication.
Experience developing programs or structured processes to improve quality outcomes.
Demonstrated commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
