Our client, Manufacturing/Distribution is seeking a Operator 1, Forklift to join their team. As a Operator 1, Forklift, you will be part of the Distribution Center supporting Warehouse Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the ability to follow work instructions accurately, and the drive to keep inventory and product movement on track.

Shift: Days (14:00-22:30)
What's the Job?
- Load and off-load inbound and outbound shipments utilizing the WMS.
- Transport palletized product within the distribution center, including put away (double deep), bulk and full pallet pick, replenishment, and loading.
- Use an RF scanner and WMS to ensure inventory accuracy and track products throughout the site.
- Report discrepancies between inventory count and shipping/receiving documents.
- Operate material handling equipment (including high reach, counterbalance, electric pallet jack, and dock stocker) while ensuring product integrity and following site safety procedures, including required PPE (safety vest, safety shoes).
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or GED (or 1 year of relevant experience required in lieu of High School Diploma or GED).
- Must have slipsheet operation experience.
- Intermediate experience with either high reach or counterbalance (and experience with multiple types of MHE such as order pickers, reach trucks, and counterbalance is required).
- Ability to obtain forklift certification within 2 days of employment.
- Ability to read and interpret distribution documents in English and operate MHE while using an RF scanner.
