Package Handler - Livonia, MI

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Package Handler to join their team. As a Package Handler, you will be part of the Rework/Value Added Services department supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Package Handler

Location: Livonia, MI

Pay Range: $19.50

Shift: Second Shift 5:00pm - 5:00am 

What's the Job?

• Rework and add value to products, including offloading trailers, repackaging, relabeling, and other tasks
• Accurately stage and sort products for loading
• Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely
• Sort and place parts in designated racks or areas
• Utilize electronic scanning systems to track products and maintain inventory records

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to read production schedules, work orders, and shipping documents
• Ability to consistently lift up to 50lbs. 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during evening hours
