Packaging Operator-1st

Our client is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization. 

Job Title: Packaging Operator 
Location: Mentor, OH 
Pay Range & Shift 
 

1st shift: 6:30am-2:30pm $18.00 

2nd shift: 2:30pm- 10:30pm $19.50 

What's the Job? 

• Assist with recycling operations, including sorting and handling recyclable materials. 

• Perform caulk-out activities as directed by supervisors. 

• Collect, organize, and process paper, cardboard, and bagged recyclable materials. 

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures while performing daily tasks. 

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and support general facility operations. 

What's Needed? 

• Ability to perform physical labor and lift materials as required. 

• Strong attention to safety and compliance with company protocols. 

• Reliable attendance and punctuality. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Previous warehouse, recycling, or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
