Packaging Operator

Our client, a manufacturing and logistics-focused organization, is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of the production and fulfillment team supporting day-to-day packaging operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the drive to follow procedures consistently—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packaging Operator

Location: Billerica, MA

Pay Range: $20.5

Shift: 6:00am to 2:30 pm M-F

What's the Job?

• Package products accurately and efficiently according to established work instructions and quality standards.
• Verify packaging components and labels to ensure correct items are prepared for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures during daily operations.
• Support production goals by completing assigned tasks within required timelines.
• Follow required compliance steps and documentation processes as part of the packaging workflow.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain consistent quality while working at a steady pace.
• Willingness to complete required screening and verification steps, including criminal checks and education verification.
• Reliability and readiness to show up prepared to work, learn, and contribute to a team environment.
