I'm reaching out regarding a Packer opportunity in Indianapolis, IN. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accuracy, supporting customer orders, and ensuring products are packaged properly for shipment.

About the role:

You'll be responsible for verifying products and quantities, inspecting materials for quality, packing and kitting customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and preparing products for shipment. Daily responsibilities include using RF scanners, operating pallet jacks and material handling equipment, applying shipping labels and packing lists, and ensuring all orders meet quality standards before delivery. 

Schedule & Pay:
• 2nd Shift: Start Time 3:30 PM
• Pay rate to be discussed during the hiring process
• Overtime available based on business needs
• Location: Indianapolis, IN (must reside within 50 miles of facility)

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of warehouse or distribution center experience required
• Experience with packing, shipping, receiving, inventory, or order fulfillment preferred
• Ability to use RF scanners and basic computer systems
• Experience using pallet jacks, carts, hand trucks, or material handling equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
