Our client, a consumer healthcare manufacturing company is seeking Packers to join their team. As a Packer, you will be part of the production operations team supporting packaging and shipment readiness. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packing Positions Available

Location: Chattanooga, TN

Pay Range: $17.00 - $17.50

Shift: 1st and 2nd Shift

What's the Job?

  • Inspect products on the packaging line to identify defects, quality concerns, or non-conforming materials.
  • Remove defective or damaged products and report quality issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assemble cartons, boxes, and other packaging materials according to established specifications.
  • Pack products into containers, bags, or cartons while ensuring correct quantities and proper presentation.
  • Apply labels, lot codes, and other required packaging information accurately and in accordance with work instructions.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (High School/GED).
  • Must be able to work in the Lookout Valley area.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Previous manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required.
