Parking lot attendant

Our client, t is seeking a Parking lot attendant to join their team for Furniture Market. As a Parking lot attendant, you will be part of the event team supporting smooth arrivals and departures during furniture market events. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to stay calm and focused in a busy outdoor environment—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Parking lot attendant

Location: High Point, NC

Pay Range: $13.00 per hour 

Shift: Everyday from Oct 14th–Oct 19th, 7am–3pm (Lunch provided daily)

What's the Job?

• Greet exhibitors, buyers, vendors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Direct vehicles efficiently to designated parking areas and help maintain smooth traffic flow during peak arrival and departure times.
• Monitor parking lot capacity and communicate availability to supervisors.
• Assist guests with locating parking spaces and event entrances, and provide directions and general event information.
• Follow all parking procedures and safety regulations, including setting up and removing parking signs, cones, and barricades as needed.

What's Needed?

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism when interacting with guests and event staff.
• Ability to safely direct traffic and remain alert in a busy environment.
