Production Associate

Our client, an industrial manufacturing environment, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the production floor supporting assembly line operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced setting—aligning successfully with the team’s daily production goals.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Crothersville, IN

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 2nd Shift: 5pm-1:30am
Plus Mandatory overtime as needed 

What's the Job?

• Move around frequently on the assembly line while lifting and handling parts and boxes of components.
• Take and unload parts on the line, then offload packed parts by hand.
• Support steady production by staying consistent with repetitive, hands-on tasks.
• Maintain safe work practices while working around equipment and moving materials.
• Follow daily production expectations during 8–10 hour shifts, 5–6 days per week.

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift continuously 15–30 pounds for assembly line work.
• Comfort working in a physically active role with repetitive and heavy tasks.
• Willingness to wear required safety gear on-site (steel toe shoes, safety glasses).
• Ability to work assigned 2nd shift
• Successful completion of required screening: Drug screen and background check
