Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in high-quality industrial products, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production lines and ensuring the delivery of top-tier products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, safety consciousness, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Brentwood, NH
Pay Range: $23/hr
Shift: Thursday – Saturday, alternating Wednesdays, 5:40 AM – 6:00 PM; Sunday – Tuesday, alternating Wednesdays, 5:40 AM – 6:00 PM
What's the Job?
- Operate winders and packaging machines on multiple production lines to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
- Perform quality checks on finished products, monitor alarms, and respond promptly to signals to maintain product standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and housekeeping protocols.
- Assist with web break repairs, threading, and product changeover procedures to minimize downtime.
- Support team training initiatives and proactively seek learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; manufacturing or process-related experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills including data entry and familiarity with systems like Microsoft Excel, Outlook, SAP, and others.
