Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the packaging and quality control processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Packaging Associate

Location: Folkston, GA

Pay Range: $15

Shift: 3:30pm-11:30pm

What's the Job?

  • Gather plates from conveyor belt and package and seal as required.
  • Ensure that plates are securely and neatly bagged or boxed.
  • Check the condition and quality of the plates and remove any that do not meet standards.
  • Maintain accurate count of plates when packing or bagging, keeping pace with production levels.
  • Secure cases to prevent shifting or moving by stacking them in an orderly manner and prepare them for shipment.

What's Needed?

  • High School diploma or GED preferred; less than high school education acceptable.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and safety information.
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple instructions.
  • Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
