Production operator (2-2-3) 6pm - 6:30am

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in high-speed industrial production, is seeking a Production Operator (2-2-3) 6pm - 6:30am to join their dedicated team. As a Production Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production line and ensuring operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production operator (2-2-3) 6pm - 6:30am

Location: Hollywood, FL

Pay Range:

Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, 2-2-3 rotation

What's the Job?

• Operate various manual and automated manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment
• Set up machinery and ensure all necessary production materials are available
• Monitor equipment during production runs and replenish materials as needed
• Visually inspect products and document production results
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance or supervisory staff
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment

What's Needed?

• At least 1 year of general work experience
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Basic math skills and reading comprehension
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
