Schedule: Rotating Swing Shift (12 hour days, 4 on / 4 off)

2. Key Responsibilities / What You'll Do

• Perform physical labor in a heavy industrial production environment
• Load, unload, move, and transport materials safely and efficiently
• Lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 lbs. frequently
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Use powered and non-powered hand tools, including grinders, hammers, and chisels
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Assist with production operations and support team productivity goals
• Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather and temperature conditions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

3. Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, reach, and perform physical tasks for up to 12-hour shifts
• Ability to work rotating day and night schedules
• Ability to work safely in a busy industrial environment
• Must pass a 10-panel oral drug screen
• Must pass background screening requirements
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to wear required PPE, including:
  • Steel-toed boots with metatarsal protection
  • Hard hat
  • Safety glasses
  • Cut-resistant gloves and sleeves
  • Long pants and long sleeves

Nice-to-Have

• Forklift experience
• Manufacturing or industrial experience
• Experience working in outdoor environments
• Experience operating hand tools and industrial equipment
