Shipping/Receiving Clerk

Our client, Operations is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join their team. As a Shipping/Receiving Clerk, you will be part of the Operations department supporting Materials and Warehouse workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the drive to keep orders moving accurately and on time—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Clerk

Location: Warrendale, PA

Pay Range: $20/hr

Shift: Flexible start and end time

What's the Job?

• Open boxes/crates and verify par numbers and counts to ensure accuracy.
• Package and prepare shipping boxes for outbound orders.
• Put away parts throughout the facility to maintain organized inventory flow.
• Load and unload trucks and operate a forklift as needed.
• Willingness to help in other areas when needed to support daily operations.

What's Needed?

• Ability to be on your feet all day and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Valid drivers license.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with consistent attention to detail.
• Ability to follow procedures and support accurate shipping/receiving documentation.
