Stand Up Forklift Operators

Our client, Skilled Manufacturing & Warehouse Operations is seeking a Stand Up Forklift Operators to join their team. As a Stand Up Forklift Operators, you will be part of the Warehouse team supporting packaging support operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail for inventory accuracy, and the drive to keep production moving.

Job Title: Stand Up Forklift Operators

Location: Franklin, WI

Pay Range: $22.5

Shift: 6am-6pm (2-2-3, 12 hours)

What's the Job?

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment to move raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Supply production and packaging lines with the materials needed to support continuous operation.
• Load and unload trailers, verifying counts and ensuring proper documentation is completed.
• Perform accurate system transactions for materials, including scanning, labeling, and inventory tracking.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse, staging, and dock areas while following all safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating forklifts or powered industrial trucks (PIT) required; certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management or ERP systems (SAP experience a plus).
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and GMP requirements preferred.
