Temporary Flange Cleaning Technician

Our client, industrial manufacturing support is seeking a Temporary Flange Cleaning Technician to join their team. As a Temporary Flange Cleaning Technician, you will be part of the operations team supporting production readiness. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a steady and careful work pace, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Temporary Flange Cleaning Technician

Location: Suffolk, VA

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Unpack, sort, and prepare companion flange parts for cleaning
• Clean rust from companion flanges using appropriate tools and methods
• Handle parts carefully (approximately 3–4 lbs each) to prevent damage and maintain quality
• Maintain a clean, organized work area throughout the shift
• Follow site procedures and safety expectations while completing assigned tasks

What's Needed?

• Ability to work a short-term assignment for approximately 3–4 weeks
• Comfort with repetitive cleaning and sorting tasks in an industrial environment
• Strong attention to detail to ensure parts are properly cleaned and ready for the next step
• Willingness to complete required screening prior to start
• Reliability and punctuality for Monday–Friday scheduling
