Our client, an industry leader in automotive aftermarket parts, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the logistics and shipping department supporting the distribution process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Charleston, SC
Pay Range:
Shift: 6am - 2:30pm, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
- Accurately package automotive aftermarket parts for shipment according to company standards and customer specifications
- Inspect parts for defects or damage prior to packaging to ensure quality control
- Label, tag, and prepare shipments to guarantee proper delivery
- Assemble boxes, crates, and packaging materials as needed to support shipping operations
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, tape machines, and scales to facilitate efficient workflow
What's Needed?
- No prior experience required; willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
