Warehouse Associate

Our client, Warehouse & Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Worker - 1st Shift to join their team. As a Warehouse Worker - 1st Shift, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations supporting the Fulfillment team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Worker - 1st and 2nd Shifts

Location: Groveport, OH

Pay Range: $20 - $21

Shift: Days (07:00am-03:30pm)
          Nights (03:30pm - 12:00am)

What's the Job?

• Pack items accurately to meet order requirements and quality standards
• Pick orders efficiently while following established procedures
• Support general warehouse operations in a non-forklift environment
• Maintain organization of work areas to help keep workflow moving
• Complete tasks during the scheduled shift (MON, TUE, WED, THU, FRI)

What's Needed?

• Experience of at least 1 year in warehouse or fulfillment work
• Ability to perform packing tasks with accuracy and consistency
• Order picking experience with attention to detail
• Comfort working in a general warehouse setting
• Reliability and readiness to start on the 1st shift schedule
