Our client, Logistics and Warehousing is seeking a Warehouse Associates to join their team. As a Warehouse Associates, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations supporting day-to-day fulfillment and inventory activities. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to solve problems quickly while working safely in a fast-paced environment.
Job Title: Warehouse Associates
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Pay Range: 18.00 per Hour
Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
What's the Job?
- Pick and repack orders accurately to support timely fulfillment
- Handle shipping tasks including small parcel shipping, LTL pallet build shipping, and loading using pallet jack or sit-down forklift
- Receive and unload materials using pallet jack or sit-down forklift, then stock and replenish inventory as needed
- Support general maintenance activities (non-tech), including basic facility upkeep and powered equipment/battery change
- Assist with ISC cycle counting (non-driver) and perform picking/replenishment runner picker duties, including component sorting
What's Needed?
- Verbal and written communication skills to follow instructions and meet performance standards
- Analytical and problem-solving ability to stay accurate in a busy warehouse environment
- Team player attitude with strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform physically intensive labor, including reaching, bending, lifting weight up to 50 pounds as needed, and standing/walking for periods of time
- Ability to work in a warehousing environment that may be noisy and fast-paced, while following safety procedures and taking direction
