Accepting Applications for Upcoming Warehouse Orders
Manpower is currently accepting applications for anticipated warehouse orders and future openings in Montgomery, AL. We are building a pool of motivated and dependable candidates for several warehouse positions.
Please note: Completing an application does not guarantee immediate placement. Qualified candidates will be contacted as positions and start dates become available.
Location: Montgomery, AL
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Employment Type: Temporary-to-Hire Opportunities
Upcoming Positions May Include:
Order Picker
- Pick customer orders using pick tickets, RF scanners, or voice systems
- Locate and select products throughout the warehouse
- Verify items, quantities, and product quality
- Stage completed orders
- Meet productivity and accuracy standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company and safety procedures
Loader, Unloader, or Packaging Associate
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
- Stack, palletize, and shrink-wrap products
- Inspect products for damage or defects
- Assist with general warehouse duties
- Follow proper lifting techniques and safety guidelines
Shipping Associate
- Prepare outbound shipments
- Weigh, label, and document shipments accurately
- Verify shipping information and paperwork
- Stage outgoing orders
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping area
- Ensure shipments are ready for timely dispatch
Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move materials throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to meet all client-specific screening and employment requirements
