Warehouse Team Member

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and distribution industry, is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to join their team. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Team Member

Location: Edwardsville, KS

Pay Range: $19/hr

Shift: 9am till 5:30pm, Monday through Friday - Must be able to work overtime when needed

What's the Job?

• Pick items accurately using Radio Frequency (RF) devices or pick tickets to fulfill customer orders.
• Verify the correctness of items, including unit of measure, size, and quantity.
• Quality-check and pack customer orders efficiently and with care.
• Receive and inspect incoming freight, identifying any discrepancies.
• Stock and rotate inventory, ensuring proper organization and safety compliance.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience, with warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Good reading, comprehension, and number recognition skills in English.
• Basic computer knowledge is desirable.
