Weekend Lumber Mill Cleaner

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a Lumber Mill Associate - Weekends to join their team. As a Lumber Mill Associate - Weekends, you will be part of the industrial department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate dedication, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Weekend Lumber Mill Cleaner

Location: Gwinn, MI

Pay Range: $17.60

Shift: Weekends 5:00AM to 1:30PM or 5AM to 3:30PM

What's the Job?

• Shoveling and sweeping sawdust to maintain a clean work environment
• Keeping the manufacturing plant clean and organized
• Performing fire watch duties to ensure safety compliance
• Manually moving freight, stock, or other materials as needed
• Performing other unskilled general labor tasks to support manufacturing processes

What's Needed?

• Availability to work Wednesday through Saturday, 5 AM to 3:30 PM
• Preferred industrial experience and safety training
• Must be physically capable of standing all day, lifting, shoveling, and performing manual tasks
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Background check, physical, drug screen, and steel-toed boots required
