Our client, Manufacturing is seeking a Blender Operator to join their team. As a Blender Operator, you will be part of the Production department supporting the Manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to troubleshoot routine equipment issues, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Blender Operator

Location: Owatonna, MN

Pay Range: $20.5

Shift: 6am - 4:30pm 

Type: Temporary 2 week assignment starting on 10/12

What's the Job?

  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a hazard-free work area.
  • Set-up, operate, and monitor various types of machines and specialized equipment to optimize machine capability and product output.
  • Check for defects or malfunctions that may affect product quality or work being performed.
  • Troubleshoot problems that may occur and repair issues as needed.
  • Accurately maintain records and documentation as required, and report food safety problems, unusual issues, delays, and/or safety concerns to your supervisor.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in the job function or similar role in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of various types of machines and equipment.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork, with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read, write, perform basic mathematical calculations, and accurately record data required.
