Cold Storage Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading organization in the warehousing and logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associates for a COLD storage environment to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting logistics and distribution activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Independence, MO

Pay Range: $18 / hour

Shift: Monday-Wednesday 7:00AM-7:00PM

What's the Job?

• Pick and sort product for customer orders 
• Work in a COLD Storage environment 
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of work activities and productivity

What's Needed?

• Ability to work in a fast-paced  cold environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours 
• No prior experience required
