Feeder/Finishing Packer - US

Our client, Industrial is seeking a Feeder/Finishing Packer - US to join their team. As a Feeder/Finishing Packer - US, you will be part of the Finishing department supporting production by assisting with packing products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to follow established processes which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Feeder/Finishing Packer - US

Location: Joplin, MO

Pay Range: $17.00

Shift: 7pm - 7am (12 hours per shift  Rotation)

What's the Job?

• Support the Finishing department by feeding cartons onto the gluer and then switching to packing cartons, rotating every 2 hours.
• Check for printing and cutting issues at the feed and for printing, cutting, and gluer defects at the packer.
• Assist with make readies, daily clean up, and preventative maintenance of the gluer.
• Ensure pallet jack inspections are completed and documented at the start of the shift.
• Follow general safety and compliance requirements, including SQF and all workplace rules, policies, and procedures.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Capacity to understand the finishing process in its entirety.
• Written and verbal communication skills to coordinate effectively with others.
• Computer skills with knowledge of Windows-based software.
• Pallet Jack Certification and AS400 knowledge.
