Forklift Operator – 1st Shift

Starting Pay: $17.50/hr
Monday-Friday 1st shift 8am-5pm

What You'll Do
• Safely operate forklifts and clamp trucks throughout the facility
• Complete pre-shift equipment inspections and report any issues
• Keep production lines supplied with materials to avoid downtime
• Move, stage, stretch wrap, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Receive, unload, and organize incoming materials
• Communicate quality, safety, and equipment concerns to supervisors
• Assist with inventory tracking and material movement activities
• Support housekeeping and waste management processes
What We're Looking For
• Previous forklift experience required
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
• Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
