FORKLIFT OPERATOR SWITZ CITY, IN


- Pay: $22.00/hr (1st Shift) | $25.00/hr (2nd Shift) | $24.00/hr (3rd Shift) 

- Schedule: | 8-Hour Shifts | 6 Days per Week 

- Monthly Attendance Bonus Opportunity 

What's the Job? 

  • Operate a sit-down forklift to move, stage, pick, receive, and load inventory safely. 

  • Load and unload trailers while maintaining product quality and inventory accuracy. 

  • Use warehouse systems, scanners, and computers to track inventory movements. 

  • Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse organization. 

  • Support seasonal production demands in a fast-paced agricultural warehouse environment. 

What's Needed? 

  • Minimum 1 year of forklift experience preferred. 

  • Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience preferred. 

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. 

  • Comfortable using computers, scanners, and warehouse management systems. 

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 60 lbs. 

  • Able to stand, walk, climb stairs, and work on concrete floors throughout the shift. 

  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance. 

  • Steel-toe work boots required. 

  • Ability to work days, nights, overtime, and rotating schedules as needed.
