Job Summary

As a Material Handler, you will play a key role in supporting production and distribution operations through the safe and efficient movement, storage, and handling of raw materials, finished products, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Material Handling

  • Move, store, and manage raw materials, finished products, and equipment.
  • Fill bags with soil, seal bags, box finished products, and prepare them for distribution.
  • Remain on your feet throughout the entire shift.
  • Safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Safety Compliance

  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Help maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Teamwork

  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Work collaboratively to meet production goals and deadlines.

Product Knowledge

  • Learn product specifications, packaging requirements, and proper handling procedures.
  • Ensure products are packaged and handled according to quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Ability to stand and work on your feet for the duration of the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
