Our client, a leading manufacturing industry, is seeking a General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level, you will be part of the production department supporting operational tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Production Associate - Entry Level

Location: Baytown, TX

Pay Range: $16

Shift: Second

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently according to standard work procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Handle materials by loading and unloading raw goods and finished products as needed.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality meets standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery.

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving materials.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
