Schedule: 12-hour shifts, Monday-Friday

What You'll Be Doing

• Handling, sorting, and stacking lumber throughout the shift
• Supporting sawmill operations and production flow
• Operating and assisting with production equipment
• Monitoring products for quality and safety standards
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Working in varying industrial conditions, including dust, noise, and changing temperatures

• Ability to perform physically demanding work during 12-hour shifts
• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the day
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Availability for occasional weekend work
• Safety-first mindset and willingness to follow PPE requirements
