Laborer

Our client, an industrial distribution and light manufacturing environment, is seeking a Laborer to join their team. As a Laborer, you will be part of the operations team supporting day-to-day production needs. The ideal candidate will have strong organization skills, a team-first mindset, and the ability to work with minimal supervision, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Laborer

Location: Lexington, KY

Pay Range: $18.00/hr

Shift: First Shift (7AM-3PM)

What's the Job?

• Sort and inspect corrugated containers for quality and proper orientation.
• Remove trim, waste, or excess material from containers as required.
• Restack containers neatly and securely onto designated pallets.
• Maintain accurate counts and production tallies throughout the shift.
• Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures, and supervisor direction while adhering to safety policies.

What's Needed?

• Ability to work with minimal supervision while staying focused on assigned tasks.
• Strong organization skills to keep work areas and pallets orderly.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to support production goals.
• Comfort following safety procedures and using required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Reliability for a short-term assignment with possible extension and potential conversion to full-time.
