Laborer

Our client is seeking a Laborer to join their team. As a Laborer, you will be part of the operations support group, helping with the safe loading and unloading of machines during traveling pickups and returns to the shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, comfort with physical tasks, and a commitment to safety and reliability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Laborer

Location: Clearfield, PA

Pay Range: $19.00/hour

Shift: Monday through Sunday (8am–6pm or 8pm; 10–12 hour days)

What's the Job?

• Travel to pick up machines in different locations as part of the team’s daily route.
• Use a hand truck/dolly and a ramp to load machines onto the truck safely.
• Return to the shop and unload machines into a shipping container.
• Work alongside staff while riding in the vehicle to support smooth, efficient pickups and deliveries.
• Follow on-site instructions to keep equipment handling organized and secure.

What's Needed?

• Trustworthy and dependable—show up ready to work and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including moving equipment that can weigh approximately 300 lbs.
• Comfort using a hand truck/dolly and working with a ramp during loading and unloading.
• Willingness to work 10–12 hour days, with OT expected and weekend work expected.
• Ability to follow the dress code: steel or composite toe shoes; comfy clothes (no sweats, no shorts, no holes, and no shirts with writing, pictures, or branding).
