Machine Operator

Our client, A beauty manufacturing client is seeking a Machine Operator 2nd Shift, you will be part of the Packaging Operations team supporting production goals on the line. The ideal candidate will bring a strong focus on quality, a safety-first mindset, and the drive to troubleshoot and keep work moving—aligning successfully in the organization. 

Job Title: Machine Operator 
Location: Franklin Township, NJ 
Pay Range: $22.00 per hour 
Shift: 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 2:45 PM - 10:45 PM 

What's the Job?

• Operate packaging lines, including start-up and shut down procedures.
• Monitor production to ensure the line is running properly and consistently.
• Identify line issues early and take action to prevent downtime.
• Troubleshoot problems and make minor adjustments and repairs as needed.
• Support smooth, efficient operations by staying attentive to process details.

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to follow procedures for start-up, monitoring, troubleshooting, and shut down.
• Comfort working on a production line environment with attention to detail.
• Willingness to perform minor adjustments and repairs to keep the line running.
• Machine operation in manufacturing setting
