Our client, Industrial manufacturing is seeking a Machine Operator Tech to join their team. As a Machine Operator Tech, you will be part of the full line manufacturing operation, supporting production teams across the facility. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions closely, and effective communication skills that align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator Tech
Location: Springfield, MO
Pay Range:
Shift: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift
What's the Job?
- Assist with machine setup, calibration, and operation of manufacturing equipment to support consistent output
- Monitor production quality to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting using hand tools to keep equipment running
- Accurately document production data, downtime, and maintenance using computer systems
- Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors to resolve issues and meet production goals
What's Needed?
- Experience using measuring tools to verify production quality and specifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- High School/GED education
- Ability to follow instructions closely and maintain strong attention to detail
- Comfort working in a production setting with scheduled coverage across all days of the week (SUN, MON, TUE, WED, THU, FRI, SAT)
