Machine Operator

Our client, a manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a focus on quality, and the drive to learn and follow detailed operating procedures—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Louisville, KY

Pay Range: $21

Shift: 7:00AM-7:00PM

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor machines used in the manufacturing process.
• Set up machines according to specifications and the production schedule.
• Record production data and complete required documentation accurately.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Understand and adhere to quality control standards while following safety guidelines and wearing required PPE.

What's Needed?

• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely and consistently.
• Comfort working with production documentation and recording data.
• Strong attention to quality control standards and process requirements.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Professional, dependable work habits and the ability to lead by example on the floor.
