Manufacturing Packer/Electric Pallet Jack Operators

Our client, Manufacturing & Industrial Production is seeking a Manufacturing Packer/Electric Pallet Jack Operators to join their team. As a Manufacturing Packer/Electric Pallet Jack Operators, you will be part of the Production & Shipping support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced heavy manufacturing environment.

Job Title: Manufacturing Packer/Electric Pallet Jack Operators

Location: Union, OH

Pay Range: $21.00 per hour

Shift: 4:30pm-3:00am Monday-Thursday
Training: 1st Shift (First 2–3 months) | Permanent: 2nd Shift

What's the Job?

• Pick, pack, and prepare manufactured parts for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
• Operate electric pallet jacks to move, stage, and transport materials safely throughout the facility.
• Package and organize heavy industrial and manufacturing components while meeting packaging requirements.
• Verify part numbers, product quantities, and shipping accuracy to support correct orders.
• Load, unload, and stage materials for production and shipping while maintaining a safe work area.

What's Needed?

• Electric pallet jack operating experience REQUIRED.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, picking/packing, or material handling experience.
• Ability to work in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment and follow production instructions.
• Experience handling and packaging industrial materials with strong attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to complete mandatory 1st Shift training for 2–3 months, then transition to 2nd Shift.
