Masonry Helper Construction Crew Member

Our client, a leader in the construction industry, is seeking a General Laborer to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be part of the construction crew supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work well in a team, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Laborer

Location: Bridgeport WV

Pay Range: $16

Shift: Day shift 7am - 3:30pm

What's the Job?

• Assist in moving blocks, bricks, freight, stock, or other materials.
• Perform unskilled general labor tasks as needed.
• Clean up construction debris to maintain a safe work environment.
• Support skilled tradespeople in various construction activities.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines on the job site.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members.
• Commitment to following safety procedures and protocols.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards work.
