Job Title: Material Handler
Location: Appleton, WI
Pay Range: $18-$20
Shift: 1st OR 3rd shift
What's the Job?
- Move, stage, and organize materials to support daily production and warehouse operations
- Load and unload items safely while following established handling procedures
- Verify quantities and labels to ensure accurate material flow throughout the facility
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area to support safe, efficient operations
- Assist with basic inventory support tasks as needed to keep materials on track

- Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions consistently
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while staying focused on accuracy
- Willingness to learn facility processes and operate within established guidelines
- Strong reliability and punctuality to support team schedules
- Basic ability to lift, carry, and handle materials as required by the role
