Overnight General Laborers

Our client, a new Manufacturer in the up and coming Maxville area is seeking General Laborers for the Night shift to join their team. As a Night shift General Laborer, you will be part of the Production team supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the ability to follow clear instructions, and the willingness to learn and improve on the line.

Job Title: General Laborer Night shift

Location: Maxville, FL 32234 County Road 218

Pay Range: $17

Shift: Monday through Thursday 6pm to 6am (Night Shift)

What's the Job?

• Help restack bundles of shingles on pallets as directed
• Follow safety procedures, including lifting requirements (2 employees required to lift a bundle)
• When not restacking bundles, be trained on straightening bundles on the line prior to being wrapped
• Maintain attention to detail to support smooth, efficient production flow
• Work collaboratively with the team to keep tasks moving safely and on schedule

What's Needed?

• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines consistently
• Comfort working on a night shift schedule (Monday through Thursday, 6pm to 6am)
• Willingness to learn new tasks and complete training on the line
• Ability to perform physical labor associated with pallet and bundle handling
• Successful completion of required screening: SSN Trace, County criminal search (7 year), Oral drug test (6 panel), and Enhanced Nationwide Search (database)
