Package Handler

Our client, Haleon, a global consumer health company, is seeking a Package Handler to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of the Manufacturing team supporting production and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to quality and safety standards, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Package Handler
Location: Lincoln, NE
Pay Range: $22/hr
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

What’s the Job?

• Perform packaging, weighing, processing, and inspection activities following cGMP requirements, SOPs, and standard work instructions.
• Monitor product quality and process parameters to ensure production and quality standards are consistently met.
• Maintain adequate material and supply levels to support safe and efficient production operations.
• Complete GMP documentation, equipment logs, and production records accurately.
• Identify and escalate quality, safety, or operational issues while maintaining compliance with company standards.

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment while meeting quality and production goals.
• Previous experience with cGMP documentation, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or lean manufacturing principles is preferred.
