We are seeking dependable Packing Associates with a proven work history in manufacturing or production environments. Location: Hickory, NC
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 1:00 PM - 7:00 AM
What You'll Do:
- Inspect finished products to verify quality standards are met
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
- Accurately stack, organize, and move materials throughout the production area
- Monitor product quality and report defects when identified
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Support production goals while working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- At least 1-2 years of recent manufacturing, production, or industrial experience
- Stable work history with demonstrated job longevity preferred
- Previous experience working in production, packaging, assembly, or machine-operated environments
- Strong attendance record and proven reliability
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment and meeting production expectations
- Competitive starting pay at $18.00 per hour
