Painter

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Painter to join their team. As a Painter, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Painter

Location: Archdale, NC

Pay Range: $20/hr

Shift: 1st Shift Monday - Thursday 6am - 4:30pm with OT potential on Fridays

What's the Job?

• Perform production powder coating and wet spray painting on parts
• Mix paints and prepare parts through masking and washing
• Load and unload parts from the paint line efficiently
• Organize parts by color scheme to streamline production
• Maintain accurate production paperwork and ensure quality standards

What's Needed?

• Physical ability to stand, bend, twist, turn, and lift up to 30 lbs. frequently
• Sufficient reading and writing skills to follow work instructions and complete reports
• Good visual acuity (corrected) for reading instructions and inspecting parts
• Manual dexterity to operate painting equipment properly
• Ability to meet respiratory test requirements as per medical guidelines
