Picker/Packer

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and distribution industry, is seeking a dedicated Picker/Packer to join their team. As a Picker/Packer, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting the fulfillment process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Picker/Packer

Location: Kenosha

Pay Range: $17.25

Shift: Weekend Shift - 5:00am - 1:30pm

What's the Job?

• Accurately select items from inventory based on order specifications
• Pack products securely to ensure safe delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

What's Needed?

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills
• Basic physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift during shifts
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
