We're hiring Stacker Packers for a manufacturing facility in Newton, NC. In this role, you'll be part of the team responsible for preparing, stacking, packaging, and inspecting products before they move to the next stage of the manufacturing process.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door with a company that values reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
Location: Newton, NC
Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
Schedule: 12-Hour Rotating Schedule (2-2-3)
Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM ($17.00/hr)
Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM ($18.00/hr)
A Typical Day May Include:
- Stacking and packaging finished products
- Inspecting products for quality and appearance
- Preparing materials for the next stage of production
- Working alongside team members to meet daily goals
- Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Following established production and safety standards
- A positive attitude and reliable attendance
- The ability to stay active throughout the shift
- A team-first mindset
- Strong attention to detail
- A desire to learn new skills and take on new challenges
- Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
