Our client, a leader in manufacturing and precision parts production, is seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Learn how to set up and operate machinery according to standard work procedures
- Make machine adjustments to ensure optimal performance
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications accurately
- Understand and apply quality testing techniques to ensure product standards
- Inspect products using precision gauges and measuring instruments
What's Needed?
- No prior experience required; training provided
- Ability to follow established standard work practices
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Willingness to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Flexibility to work extended shifts and overtime as needed
