PSAE Reach Truck Operator

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a  Reach Truck Operator to join their team. As a Reach Truck Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting efficient and safe material handling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Reach Truck Operator

Location: Brown Summit, NC

Pay Range: $17/hr for 1st shift & $18/hr for 2nd shift w/ an additional attendance bonus if requirements are met

Shift: 1st shift: 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday;
2nd shift: Monday–Friday, 6PM - until work is completed (with some overtime)

What's the Job?

• Operate reach trucks to move, store, and retrieve materials from designated racking locations safely and efficiently.
• Assist with order picking and staging materials for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment adhering to safety procedures and protocols.
• Support daily warehouse operations by accurately handling inventory and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals and improve workflow processes.

What's Needed?

• Previous experience operating reach trucks is required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow safety procedures.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed based on business demands.
