Repack/Inspection

Our client, international freight and logistics operations, is seeking a Repack/Inspection employee to join their team. As a Repack/Inspection employee, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting outbound shipment preparation. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a steady work pace, and a commitment to keeping a clean and organized workspace, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Repack/Inspection

Location: Taylor, MI

Pay Range: $17/hr

Shift: 1st shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

What's the Job?

• Repack products into appropriate cartons or containers for shipment, ability to lift 40 lbs consistently. 
• Inspect items for damage and/or accuracy before they move to outbound logistics
• Label and prepare products for shipment to support international freight flow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout your shift
• Work as part of a warehouse team in a hands-on, daytime environment

What's Needed?

• Ability to follow packing, labeling, and inspection procedures with accuracy
• Comfort working in a warehouse setting with hands-on tasks
• Reliability and readiness to work Monday–Friday during the 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM schedule
• Strong attention to detail to ensure products are properly prepared for shipment
• Willingness to support team goals while maintaining a clean and organized workspace
